Q. Hello! Could you briefly introduce yourselves?
Seunghyun Cho: Hello, I’m Seunghyun Cho from the Technical Support Team. I’ve been with Cyberdigm for five months. Nice to meet you.
Hyungseok Kim: Hi, I joined Cyberdigm last October and am now in my fifth month as a member of the Technical Support Team.
Q. How did you come to join Cyberdigm?
Seunghyun Cho: I learned backend development through a government-funded program and applied to Cyberdigm immediately after completing the course. While preparing for the interview, I found similarities between the industry management tools I developed in my training and Cyberdigm's products, which piqued my interest. I decided to join Cyberdigm as it seemed like a great opportunity for a non-CS major like me to grow significantly.
Hyungseok Kim: I learned about Cyberdigm through a government-funded academy. I was attracted to Cyberdigm because it provides essential document security solutions for other businesses, so I decided to join the company.
Q. Do you remember your first impressions when you joined Cyberdigm? How was it?
Seunghyun Cho: On my first day, which was the interview day, all the employees were very kind and helpful. After joining, each team member gave me lots of useful advice, which helped me adapt to the company quickly.
Hyungseok Kim: After joining, I received training as a new employee and learned about the solutions. Although it was quite different from my previous education, the well-organized company manuals were very helpful in the early days.

Q. What kind of work does your team primarily handle?
Seunghyun Cho: We handle maintenance for customers using Cyberdigm's document centralization solution, Destiny ECM. Our Technical Support Team is divided into two sub-teams. One team is assigned to specific customers for one-on-one support, while the other handles inquiries from customers not specifically assigned to a team, aiming for efficient operations.
Hyungseok Kim: We handle maintenance for companies using Cyberdigm's document centralization solution. Given the large number of customers Cyberdigm has, we get to experience a variety of environments and fields.
Q. Have you encountered any difficulties in your work?
Seunghyun Cho: Working in the actual environments of our customers can be quite worrisome and nerve-wracking. However, my team members always offer advice and help ensure that I complete my tasks well. I'm still adapting and often seek help from my team, for which I am very grateful.
Hyungseok Kim: Initially, communicating with customers was challenging, especially when they used terms I wasn’t familiar with. However, thanks to the help of my seniors, I adapted quickly.
Q. On the other hand, when have you felt the most rewarded in your work?
Seunghyun Cho: Although I still have much to learn, encountering and handling various cases has been rewarding. When I manage to resolve an issue independently based on my previous experiences, it feels particularly fulfilling.
Hyungseok Kim: I feel most rewarded when I analyze errors, communicate with the customer, and successfully address their requests.

Q. Do you have any memorable episodes or experiences from your work?
Seunghyun Cho: I remember the first time I worked on the operating server. As a non-CS major, even simple tasks seemed challenging. Working directly on the operating server made my hands sweat, but fortunately, my seniors helped me a lot, and I was able to complete the task successfully.
Hyungseok Kim: There was a time when I almost caused a major error due to a misconfiguration while testing the customer’s environment. This experience taught me the importance of being thorough and careful.
Q. What do you think are the strengths of Cyberdigm's solutions?
Seunghyun Cho: The first is the security solution, which protects and manages company outputs through permissions, ensuring strict security. With this security feature, all documents are centralized, making it easy to find files quickly and allowing anyone in the company to utilize them for their work.
Hyungseok Kim: I’m impressed by the management of all documents created within the company to prevent leaks and losses. Especially with the frequent occurrences of ransomware infections, the ability to keep documents safe in such cyber threats is a strong advantage.
Q. What would you like to achieve at Cyberdigm in the future?
Seunghyun Cho: As a non-CS major, I still have much to learn, but with the help of my colleagues, I’m progressing step by step. I want to quickly master the solutions and take on challenges to become a valuable team member in the Technical Support Team.
Hyungseok Kim: Since joining, my seniors have consistently guided and helped me. My goal is to become an engineer who can assist new employees as well as my seniors have helped me.
Q. We’re curious about the chemistry between you and your fellow new employees! What do your colleagues mean to you?
Seunghyun Cho: All my colleagues are non-CS majors like me, so we help and rely on each other as we learn the work. Even when times are tough, seeing them makes me smile. Without them, it would have taken me longer to adapt. They are always a source of gratitude and support.
Hyungseok Kim: Without my fellow new employees, I would have found it much harder to perform my duties. Their support and encouragement have been positive and have given me the confidence to enjoy my work.
Q. Do you have any tips or words of encouragement for those hoping to join the Technical Support Team?
Seunghyun Cho: Our team’s strength lies in the kindness and excellence of its members. You'll get to encounter various customer cases, which will broaden your knowledge. If you’re looking for good teammates and valuable experiences, I highly recommend joining the Technical Support Team.
Hyungseok Kim: If you’re preparing to join Cyberdigm, you’ve likely practiced a lot of coding. It would also be helpful to study servers and networks, as this will greatly benefit your work. With confidence, you can gain diverse experiences and excel in various environments.
