Q. Hello! Please introduce yourself briefly.

Hello. I am Jaemin Lee, a manager from the Cloud Sales Team at Cyberdigm, and I have been with the company for 7 months.

Q. Why did you choose Cyberdigm?

I've always been interested in hardware and software. I was looking for a place where I could learn and work with both, and Cyberdigm caught my eye. The document centralization solution intrigued me, and I had heard of Cyberdigm while working at my previous company, so I applied without hesitation. I'm the type to follow my instincts, and I just had a good feeling about it.

I was satisfied with my choice after joining. I have learned a lot. It's not just about selling software; we sell hardware as well, which makes it personally very interesting to learn. I feel like I'm becoming an expert.

Q. What is the Cloud Sales Team like? What kind of work do you mainly do?

The Cloud Sales Team is at the forefront of the company, meeting customers first, building relationships, and creating the starting point for revenue. We study the products to build trust with customers, think about how to introduce them, and establish relationships by presenting the products to customers. When choosing a product, customers go for the most trustworthy one, especially in the security field where trust is crucial. We always approach our work with the mindset of providing trust, not just selling products.

Q. What are your sales secrets for gaining customers' trust?

My consistent best effort is my sales secret. I treat everyone I meet, regardless of company size, age, or position, with equal importance and respect. I provide detailed and friendly explanations no matter the questions they ask.

I also see everyone as an opportunity. If you start rationalizing with thoughts like "They won't adopt it" or "It's uncertain," you'll eventually justify yourself and only see the negatives, leading to less effort. So, I do my best without trying to judge needs or utility based on anyone’s attitude. That’s why I believe customers trust me.

Q. Have you encountered any difficulties or challenges in your work?

Everything has been challenging. Just when I think I know something, new unknowns pop up. Due to the nature of our products, you can't gain customers' trust without knowing them well. Customers are clear about what they want, so if you stumble or don't know, they lose trust in you. Even if you think you know something, it can be hard to answer in the field. Routine tasks become mistake-free with familiarity, but my primary job, sales, is challenging unless you constantly study the product.

To overcome this difficulty, I’ve put in the effort and continue to do so. While others might ask once or twice, I challenge myself ten or a hundred times, constantly studying. It was tough initially, but as I learned more, I began to enjoy the work.

Q. Can you share a memorable project or experience while working at Cyberdigm?

The most memorable experience was participating as a sales representative at the K-ICT WEEK in BUSAN exhibition to introduce the document centralization solution. I explained document centralization to everyone, from those who showed initial interest to passersby. Answering customer questions was educational for me and enjoyable. Also, I had a great time eating delicious food and seeing the sea with colleagues from other departments, making it feel like a vacation rather than work.

Q. What are the strengths of Cyberdigm's solutions?

In simple terms, the document centralization solution forces companies to retain their documents. Technological leakage incidents occur frequently and on a larger scale, yet most domestic companies still entrust corporate documents to individuals. Technological leakage can cause significant losses for companies. The document centralization system structurally solves document leakage, loss, ransomware infection, and integrated management. It prevents local disk storage and mandates document storage on the company's drive. It can be implemented quickly and cost-effectively compared to other document security solutions.

The biggest advantage of Cyberdigm's document centralization solution is 'stability'. Cyberdigm not only ensures system stability through accumulated know-how but also guarantees post-management stability through technical support. Document centralization is more important for post-management than implementation. This is because errors can critically disrupt all company operations. Therefore, investing in technical support and responding quickly is the greatest strength of Cyberdigm's document centralization.

Q. What kind of sales representative do you aspire to be at Cyberdigm?

I want to be a consistent person. A sales representative is responsible for making the first impression on customers. In this era where customer experience is crucial, the first impression we give is very important. Therefore, I strive to be a consistent person both internally and externally. I believe that being consistent will make customers trust me and choose Cyberdigm.

Q. Any words of encouragement for those hoping to join the Cloud Sales Team?

We like E-type personalities who present well. Just show that you can speak well without being nervous. We’re looking forward to our future team members. I hope to see you soon.

Q. Lastly, any final words you'd like to share?

I am enjoying my work. I hope to continue enjoying it in the future. I will work hard with humility and without arrogance. Thank you.
